RE: PRESIDENTIAL OR OTHER CANDITIATES FOR THE UPCOMING ELECTTION

may i know from our highly respected GPPB, is the notice in this site about " Know about Manny Villar" - a presidential candidate not a form of campaining?

We are not the proper body to answer such question only the judicial body can answer that. Maybe ask COMELEC or the courts. hehe

may concern only is that, isnt it that GPPB is a government entity? and government offices/emplyess should remain neutral as far as election compain is concerned, otherwise we could be charged for electioneering? (tama ba spelling). with what is shown here, isnt it a form of campaining for a specific candidate? probably i would let COMELEC browse the website for their comment.

ads ng google ung nakikita mo e. I already asked the technician about the ads, sabi nya d naman po maalis yan kasi free lng ung forum site.

i see, pero bakit sya lang (wala noynoy, si gibo etc. o baka nanam si villar nagpapatakbo ng google heh.he) naka sama dito sa website ng GPPB? pwede ba yung ganun na basta na lang maglalagay ang google ng ads nila sa kahit na kaninong website? (sorry i am not quite technically knowledgeable sa mga web design)

what do you mean free ang site, ito mismong GPPB website? mas ok pa nga yung viagra at least walang violation, eh itong campain ni viilar? can we not do something about this? probably trying to notify Hon. Villar? i am not against villar but the act of the publication in a government website.

I think this one is out of our control. and besides naka block kasi sa office namin ung google ads kaya di ko makita e.

actually ganon din dito sa amin naka filter sya kaya hindi ko mabuksan at mabasa kung ano ang dapat kung malaman tungkol kay manny pacquiao este villar pala. well kung ganon what can we "did"? panalo na si manny sa linggo. sige nga ba sakaling may magawa si apo moderator? nways salamat boys for replying.

sa palagay ko dito lng merong ganyan.. sa ibang site ng gobyerno wala.. may violation po ba pag ganun?

well i am not quite sure kung may violation, but as far as government offices or employee is concerned dapat tayo ay manatiling neutral sa pangangampanya (i think nasa comelec omnibus election code yun), kasi we could be charged for electioneering kasi naka publish yung pangalan ni many villar dito sa isang government wesite. pero gaya ng sabi ni PKjr it is beyond our control lalo na sa mga ads ng google. siguro may rason tayo in case gamitin nila ang site na ito as evidence for electioneering. kaya gaya ng sabi ko baka pwede din nating sulatan si Hon.Manny at least may maipapakita tayo na ginawa tungkol sa mga unethical use/ads of website.
