Latest Edition for GPPB Gen. Procurement Manual

Hello!

What is the latest edition of the GPPB Gen. Procurement Manual? From what I've heard, it's already on the fourth or fifth edition. Is this true? The GPPB website only has the 2nd edition manual and what we have in our possession is the 1st and 2nd ed as well.

GPM Latest Edition

The latest edition of the Generic Procurement Manuals (GPMs) is that provided in the GPPB website and may be downloaded from there. This is only at its first edition, i.e. June 2006.

The one mentioned by engrjhez is the Handbook on Philippine Government Procurement, composed of RA 9184, its IRR-A, and the latest relevant guidelines issued by the GPPB, as compiled by the GPPB-TSO. This is at its fourth edition, i.e. September 2007.
