Manual for Barangays

Some of our Barangays need to be enhance in the use of the Sample Forms as well as the provisions of RA 9184 and unfortunately some of them perhaps most of them are not register in the PHILGEPS ....maybe in is time to make manuals that they can understand much considering that they are used in transacting in the Filipino dialect ....
