How to post notice of awards in phil geps
May I ask for a step by step procedures on how to post notices of awards in the phil-geps? Thanks... My invitations are posted however, i dont know how to post the awards.

1. log in to your phil-geps account of course, then go to "My Notices"
2. there is s drop down button there, then you choose the "closed notices" and look for for the items/goods that you posted, then view/click
3. look for the "bidders list".. at the bottom part.. to view the suppliers.. be sure that the winning supplier is included there.. if not, then you can't post the award
4. choose the name of the winning supplier
5. then click "Create Award Notice"
6. there will be questions that will be asked, you fill it up na lang..
7. then click "post award"

Correction under step no. 3.. re: posting award..
3. look for the "bidders list".. at the bottom part.. then click "Add from DRL" to view the suppliers.. be sure that the winning supplier is included there.. if not, then you can't post the award..

make sure that before the closing date of the notices posted in the phil-geps, the names of the suppliers who submitted the bids must be included the documents request list. coz if it happens that the name of the winning supplier is not included, then you can't post the award..
