election prohibition

are bidding activities prohibited during the election period for the upcoming barangay elections? what about other alternative modes of procurement?

Am sure COMELEC will issue guidelines just what they did during the national election. We just wait and see Sir nikkimad.

You could use as a guide the Guidelines issued by the GPPB during the last national elections.
