How to post public bidding?

Post by darkamp on Wed Mar 25, 2009 4:22 pm

Good day,

I'm new to this site. And I have documents of: Notice of Public Bidding, Request for Quotation(list of items).

How will I post this? Will I create a new forum?

Thank you,

Welcome, darkamp. Very Happy

You post the procurement opportunities in the website of the PhilGEPS. To go there, just follow this link: http://www.philgeps.net/GEPS/Default.aspx

But for you to be able to post in the PhilGEPS you need to be registered first. Normally, the responsibility of posting rests with the BAC Secretariat.

PhilGEPS has a way of verifying whether somebody who registers is the one authorized by the procuring entity to post opportunities and awards.

Thank you,
Based on the wordings of your query, you seemed to be instructed to post an opportunity in the Phil-GEPS without proper orientation. As RDV mentioned above, you may refer to your BAC or BAC Secretariat who acts as the "buyer coordinator" of your agency in the Phil-GEPS website. He/She may create a user for you after providing your email address.

I would also suggest you request for training in the use of the website so as to better understand how the system works. I believe there's a regular training (every week) at the DBM/G-EPS office at Ortigas. You may also refer to this secured website:
