ABC for lease of warehouse/office space

gud pm to all! I would like to ask for your inputs regarding this matter. what should be the standard ABC to be used in the lease of warehouse/office space if we will use a multi-year contract? is it the same with the security and janitorial services that the ABC is for the first year only? please help. thanks a lot! for us LGU we use one year basis since we operate our budget on a yearly basis ...any GOCC member could share their experience on this

lease of office space owned by an NGO

ok thanks for the info. Very Happy in relation to the lease of office space, i would like to ask if our existing office is leasing a property owned by an NGO, does it have to go through the same procedure following the guidelines under lease of property? thanks a lot.
