What are the requirements for issuing a supplemental contract agreement to an existing contract under RA 9184?

anyway 'just like to share my insights for your query Very Happy ... Variation Orders.Time Extensions, Time suspensions, forfeitous( scratch) events are considered as one of the requirements of issuing a supplemental contract agreement, provided that these are properly documented by the parties.. Very Happy

Thanks for the replies.

Regarding your clarification, increase in the quantities of major work items in the original contract and additional works which are necessary to complete the project will be introduced in the supplemental contract agreement.

Is there a difference between a variation order and supplemental contract agreement under RA 9184?

Very Happy in my opinion ('been doin it anyway), Variation Orders within the ambit of the IRR are considered as a Supplemental Agreement of a Contract (or a contract itself) because the preparations of these Orders are both concurred by the Procuring Entity and the Contractor. Very Happy

Is there no distinction between a variation order and a supplemental contract agreement in terms of documentary requirements?

Are there no limiting conditions for issuing these orders under RA 9184?
