Govít procurement e-bidding set Q2 2011

PARTIES that participate in auctions to supply government offices should be able to submit their bids online -- the fifth and last phase that completes the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) -- starting sometime in the second quarter of next year, Budget officials said in separate interviews yesterday.
