Certificate of Product Registration

Post by dabomeister on Thu Apr 07, 2011 4:28 pm

Good day sir/mam!

is the attachment of CPR's in the 1st envelope still a requisite in the bidding of medicines/medical/lab/xray supplies or it should be presented by the winning bidder in the post qualification period? a supplier was disqualified because he did not include the cpr's while other suppliers have attachments in their bid proposals.

hello.. Very Happy CErtificaTE OF Product Registration (CPR's), Valid License to Operate (VLT), Certificate of Good Product Manufacturing (CGPM) secured from BFAD for the Supply of Drugs and Medicines, Medical Equipments, Veterinary supplies, etc..must be submitted by the Winning Bidder during the Post Qualification stage. However these particulars must be included in the your Bidding Documents under BDS 29.2(d), if it is not clearly included in the BDS, then there is no reason to disqualify him/her. Very Happy
