Re: PhilGEPS Posting
Posting in the PhilGEPS shall be mandatory on all procurement except for Shopping (Sec.52) and Small Value Procurement (Sec.53.9) as stipulated under GPPB Resolution mentioned by Ms. Fe above.
The exception applies to the two modes only. For the rest, regardless of the amount, bid and award notices shall still be posted.

Re: PhilGEPS Posting
as it was mandated that all procurement will be posted to the philgeps, but what will happen to the procuring entity who did not post their bidding schedule to the philgeps? instead, they publish it thru a daily national news paper.

Accountable officials may be held guilty of gross neglect or dereliction of duty, and may be dismissed from service after appropriate administrative, civil and criminal (as applicable) impositions.
