Are there any sanctions for government agencies which are not buying office supplies at PS-DBM?

COA can issue first an Audit Observation Memo (AOM) and, maybe, a subsequent disallowance of the expenditure could be the most appropriate sanctions.

ha ha ha! who will police the police, di ba? Anyway, i believed COA understands our situation, di naman sila fault-finder eh. Wht's important is that the project is tangible and above board. Sa totoo lang po some supplies from the DBM are inferior quality as compared to the market. Like plastic chairs who easily breaks, bond papers who are not in standard size, ballpens who are outdated, etc.. Pero bumibili pa rin naman kami to help in the maintenance of the GPPB like, this FORUM ba? hello?

Pag-binuksan natin topic ng complaints against supplies from PS-DBM baka madami mag post ng kani-kanilang complaints. Very Happy On the other hand, PS need also to know feedbacks so they can act accordingly also (maybe against suppliers).

But I dont know if PS is supporting the GPPB in anyway, including the maintenance of this forum. Maybe the Admin can shed light into it.

Are there any sanctions for government agencies which are not buying office supplies at PS-DBM?

In addition to the AOM mentioned earlier by Sir RDV, please note that the New Civil Code of the Philippines provides:

Art. 5. Acts executed against the provisions of mandatory or prohibitory laws shall be void, except when the law itself authorizes their validity. (4a)

PS
Guys, we also help in the maintenance of Phil-GEPS when we procure from PS-DBM.
