12% fixed tax?

sir.. good day po..
tanong ko lang po kung sa kailangan po ba na fixed yung 12% na TAX sa computation po ng detailed estimate? kung kulang po , ano po ba yung sanction(kung meron) po o kailangan po gawin ng TWG?

The very essence of breaking down your computation of pricing including the taxes is so that bids can be evaluated on equal footing. There are some instances where a bidder could possibly have 0% tax (like cooperatives). But that would give undue advantage over the others.

There are actually different % of tax (breakdown) depending on the nature of items (goods or services) and i think it is up to the BAC to check on those items during bid evaluation. Smile

paano po sa infra po na public bidding po?
kailangan po bang 12% po yung tax sa computation po ng datailed estimates during post qua po?

If there are no details, it will be assumed the pricing is 12% VAT inclusive.
