Payment shall be immediately processed upon actual delivery and receipt of items. I believe we all have our CITIZEN'S CHARTER right? Some have the (PMS)OPES REFERENCE TABLES to guide our standard actions. The guiding principles of RA.6713 and RA.9485 shall be our platform in executing both internal and external services.
In short, payment needs be processed with 5 days (provided that it has complete documentation and requirements).
