TRO vs APO!

A FORMER union officer of the National Printing Office (NPO) has filed a petition before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court (QCRTC) questioning the personality of the APO Production Unit, Inc. as the third Recognized Government Printer (RGP). Richard Oderon, a former president of the National Printing Office Workers Association (NAPOWA), said the court must act immediately by issuing temporary restraining order against APO, a private company but called themselves as Hybrid for allowing them to get ‘contracts’ from the government, especially getting printing jobs of some government security forms.
