You need to input the correct GEPS user ID and password as provided in the sent email (for first time login). Smile

By simply registering online is not the end of it. You have to wait for the email to be sent to you by PhilGEPS which provides you with your GEPS user ID and the password (which you have to change (password) once you have log-in for the first time).

The System is very user-friendly. You will be guided on to the next steps. All you have to do is follow the links prompted by the system. Sa umpisa talaga mangangapa ka but once you are there, parang kumakain na lang ng mamon. Am sure you will enjoy it. If still, di ka pa rin maka log-in, call PhilGEPS Team, sabi nga ni sunriser. Their very accommodating and friendly. Alam ko kasi nameet ko na sila. (Hmm, di ako nagpapapapel hehehe)

If the error says "Page cannot be displayed", then it is a connectivity problem (internet). If the page shows "Site under maintenance", that is a PhilGEPS related problem. Please try to login again. Smile

I was able to log-in today. Pls try again. Sir engrjhez is right. Perhaps its your internet connection or if the notification is "Site under maintenance", pls. call PhilGEPS for assistance.

Certificate of registration as a government agency or supplier? The former is not applicable while the latter is given 3 days thru courier. Smile

hello,please help... i registered online last july 08 2011 but it was denied..philgeps told me that i already have an existing account registered jan.24 2007 and should be updated...how can i update the existing account when i don't know the email ad, users id and password. i was trying to contact philgeps for inquiries regarding this matter but those phone numbers given are all busy or out of order. I tried to send this message thru there email ad but there is no answer...salamat po

How to Secure PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration

1. Register or Login to PhilGEPS

For New Registrations. Register online at www.philgeps.net and wait for the confirmation letter that

Requirements in personally claiming the certificate:

For Proprietors, Presidents, Directors or Managers, photocopy of valid ID

Important: The “no requirements, no certificate” policy shall be strictly observed. A
representative can claim only one certificate.

*For Provincial Suppliers
- Deposit your payment at any Landbank Branch using the On-Coll Deposit Slip
(Reference details will be sent via SMS or email)

Send thru LBC a copy of the machine-validated on-coll deposit slip and LBC Prepaid

There is no need for you to re-schedule your bidding activities just for the reason that your account at PhilGEPS is inactive. Just proceed with your bidding activities and apply for registration at PhilGEPS thereafter for the next bidding activities.

When your registration has become inactive, you are simply not registered in the philGEPS at that time. so their is a need to register again. Under Section 8.2.3b, all PE should register with the philGEPS ,in order that you can avail of its facilities. I recommend that you first register before continuing with your procurement.

Hi Sir Jcolas!!! I think internet is not d problem po. cguro may field na may problem s account nmin. We're just planning that shud we be in Mla, we'l just drop by personally to Philgeps...what our BAC decided is to just put in writing everything about posting to Philgeps, etc. bcoz we cannot delay our bidding process, remember there is a memo that everything that requires public bidding should be done short of awarding before the year ends? that is our dillema sir. time is of the essence here eh...at any rate, we did all the other requirements pertaining to postings...thanks sir...
