Bid Document Fees Query

QUESTIONS:

1. Does collecting of bidding document fees require the issuance of a corresponding official receipt or is at the discretion of the BAC to issue receipt? What happens if we do otherwise?

2. If the BAC issues official receipt, where does the payment for bidding documents go?
ex: In our barangay we use the official receipt so does that mean the bid doc fees will be like ordinary collections that will accrue to the barangay fund and will appear in the IRA for the succeeding year?

Definitely OR will have to be issued by the Barangay cashier/treasurer.

It will be use to pay BAC honorarium, of course subject to the DBM guidelines ( Budget Circular No. 2004-5A and Budget Circular No. 2007-3 dated November 29, 2007) bounce

if you want to purchase bid docs on the other hand, it should be available on the BAC Office.
