Bidding Documents To filled up?

Hi, this is our first time to bid for government . sa bid document ba nag-filled up or its on separate sheet.

and if there are sample forms does this mean you have to filled-up those and submit?

i was trying to call my client but no answer on all lines.

i hope someone can help us.

follow-up question, is there any sample bid na nasubmit na pwede lang reference or paggayahan?

Bid Forms are user friendly and checklists are clearly stated...make time to read it and it would be best if you have a copy of RA 9184 so that you will be well guided too

In preparing your bid, you may either fill-in the forms you have bought, or you may use or re-type into another sheet/s as long as no alterations will be made, depending on the requirements of BAC. However, different BACs requires different manner of accomplishing forms.

You should read what is required by the BAC concerned provided under the Instruction to Bidders (ITB) or Bid Data Sheets (BDS). Normally, the BAC specify such requirements in the following sections of the BDS:

1. Bidder's Responsibilities;
2. Document Comprising the Bid;
3. Format and Signing of Bids;
4. Sealing and Marking of Bids.

But I suggest you should read through all the provisions stated under the ITB and BDS. You may also ask directly the BAC during the conduct of a pre-bid conference (if there is any), or do it in writing at least 10 calendar days before the deadline of submission of bids.
