I would like to ask whether quarry permit is a requirement for post qualification.

If it is a permit required by law and indicated in your bidding documents, then (YES) it is. Smile

Sir, follow up question, how about if it is not indicated it in the bidding documents, does it fall on other appropriate licenses and permits? How about if the LCBidder opt to buy aggregates or related materials to those who have licensed quarry permits, do we still require the LCBidder to have quarry permit or any suggestion sir. Thanks.

Since this is at no fault of the bidder (in absence of this requirement in the bidding documents), it cannot be disqualified based on the same ground. You may require that later on before entering into contract (if it is really a requirement) but not prematurely in the stage of post qualification.

Of course that is just my opinion. Smile
