BAC Proceeds on sale of Bid documents, etc.

Post by chrissy on Tue Oct 11, 2011 1:49 pm

is there any updates with regards to suggestions ( not in this forum) to use certain percentage of the proceeds of the sale of bidding documents, etc. for the purchase of supplies and office equipment for the use of the BAC/BAC secretariat.

We raised this issue once to the GPPB-COA-TSO seminar sometime ago for representation to the DBM or COA

thank you and warm greetings to all!!!

I believe DBM guidelines are clear. The remaining balance after honoraria should be forwarded to National Treasury and if you will need supplies, the usual appropriation proceedings must be undertaken. No direct use of collection for any other purposes other than honoraria. Smile
