Notice to losing bidders

What if we did not notify the losing bidders? Is there a violation on the part of the BAC?

It may be considered "neglect of duty" or (worse) "conduct prejudicial to the best interest of service". Smile

BAC may be subject to Section 65 of IRR RA No. 9184.
