What happens to a bidding when nobody submits a bid because the ABC is not sufficient? Will there be an automatic rebidding?Do the bidders have to write the BAC that the ABC is not sufficient?Thank you so much.....

What is your basis that the ABS is not sufficient? Did the TWG through the Eng'g Department have a findings on this matter?

If it is the case then you can refer to Section 5.6 of the LGU Procurement Manual

you could try to exhaust all efforts of advertisements such as additional postings on national agencies if there are any in your place, nearby LGUs , even on cable TVs (if there are available).....

Does this mean you know beforehand that the ABC is actually insufficient? (your statement is leading) On your question if there will be an automatic re-bidding, the answer is supposed to be YES. Yes because a particular procurement is expected to be in the APP, necessary for the current year's operation, and is expected to be purchased sooner or later by any legal means. If after two failed biddings nobody submitted any proposal, you may try to look back if indeed the ABC is insufficient, or you may not have reached your target suppliers/contractors efficiently. Very Happy
