Violations of RA 9184

Where can we report agencies that violates RA 9184?Is there an agency that has supervision over the conduct of RA9184?Why does Philgeps allows the publication of INcorrect Request for Quotations?

You can report to the GPPB because it was created under RA 9184 principally "to protect national interest in all matters affecting public procurement."

Posting of RFQ/IAEB in the PhilGEPS is the responsibility of the procuring entity. The PhilGEPS is not responsible for the information posted in the website, but the posting agency. If the posting was deliberately done, then they could be held responsible under the appropriate laws of the country, such as the Anti-Graft Law (RA 3019), particularly if the wrong posting/incorrect RFP causes injury to the government.

You can also report to the Ombudsman if you can identify the government officials/employees responsible for violating the provisions of RA 9184.
