PHILGEPS should provide direct link to LGU for their websites

Post by natsm16 on Fri Jun 29, 2012 10:10 pm

As an administrator of an LGU site, i don't want to re post again what is posted on philgeps.. Can PHILGEPS redesign their site and provide a direct link per agency i.e philgeps.net/tabuk.gov.ph . when someone click on the link they will be redirected to PHILGEPS with the LGU or agency open and closed opportunities. In RA 9184 it is optional to post on the website but DILG full disclosure policy mandated LGU or Agencies to post ITB etc on their website.. It's a double effort posting on PHILGEPS and re posting on our own site...

Your concern is currently being piloted now. To quote from the news article:

PhilGEPS also took advantage of the gathering to launch the Integrated Notice Publication (INP) Interface which is essentially a facility in PhilGEPS that allows for government buyers to simultaneously post both in their agency website and in the PhilGEPS all of their entity’s bid opportunities, notices and results. This is in compliance with Sec. 21.2 of R.A, 9184 on Advertising and Posting of the Invitation to Bid/Request for Expression of Interest.
