INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY & TO BID
(IAEB)

The Municipality of Tinglayan, through its Bids and Awards (BAC) invites suppliers to apply for eligibility & to bid for the supply & materials and aggregates for use for the '' Rehab./Improvement of Pob.-Tulgao FMR (banggilit section) being undertaken by Administration. The project particulars are as follow:
1. Name of Project-supply & delivery of construction materials & aggregates
2. Programmed budget for the contract- P 257,524.70
3. Location - Poblacion, Tinglayan, Kalinga
4. Contract Duration-7 days
5. Brief Description
- 128 cu.m Aggregates base coarse
- 134.5 bags Portland Cement
- 8.73 cu.m Fine Aggregates
- 6.00 cu.m boulders
- 150 pcs 12mm RSB
- ╝ thk ordinary plywood
- 20 pcs 2x2x12 lumber
- 8 kg assorted CWN
- Others (lot)

Respective bidders should experience in undertaking a similar project w/ in the last two
years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed projects for bidding. The eligibility check as well as preliminary examination of the bid shall use non-discretionary'' pass and fail criteria''. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All participants relative to eligibility, statement & screening, Bid security, evaluation of Bids, Post qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations.

2. Deadline for submission of eligibility, documents, receipt
and opening of Bids June 5, 2012
3. Bid evaluation June 6, 2012
4. Post qualification June 7, 2012
5. Issuance of Notice of Award June 8, 2012
6. Contract preparation & signing June 13-14, 2012
7. Contract approved June 15, 2012

Bids documents of Tinglayan only to prospective bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of one thousands pesos ( P1,000.00) at the Municipal Treasury's Office, Tinglayan, Kalinga.

The Municipality of Tinglayan assumes no possibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses in the preparation of bid.
