INQUIRE REGARDING THE BID DOCUMENTS PRICES

Post by ibauko on Fri Sep 21, 2012 4:50 am

Good day, May I ask if there is a standard Bid Documents Prices or a certain percent to be paid in buying bid documents since there is a big discrepancies in prices. example in DPWH they has standard example for a Project worth 5Million and below = 5,000.00 for the bid documents, 5million to 10 million=10,000 for the bid documents, and some other LGU 1/2 of 1% of ABC is the worth of bid documents, is this a standard for a bid documents since there is 1 municipality here where in the ABC of the Project is 10million and the Bid documents when you purchase is 40,000.00 may i ask if this is ok since there is a big difference in bid documents price b/n DPWH and the LGU? thank you very much

To standardize Pricing in the sale of bidding documents and Prevpent excessive and unreasonable fees like the one you pointed out, GPPB has recently issued GPPB Resolution No. 04-2012.. This resolution is now effective.
