Post by arsbib on Wed Jan 09, 2013 3:28 pm

We ask help from anybody who is knowledgeable on the process. During the posting, the closing date was erroneously type as December, 2013 instead of 2012. We tried to edit the posting to adjust the closing date but we fail. we cannot post the notice of award. what shall be do?

It cannot be repaired. Once the bid notice is "Active" it is a permanent file. It's either you wait until 2013 (but the date of award still cannot be applied) or report the notice. Smile

One suggestion is to issue bid bulletin indicating therein the specific items to be changed and the reasons for such amendments. There is a feature in the philgeps notice where you can issue bid supplements to amend some features of your ITB.

Just send a copy to PHILGEPS Office for information purposes but it is not possible to edit it since it lapsed the closing date. Be careful on posting dates we encounter such problem before and we did it to be safe and even the NOA we send it since it ill not be possible to post the NOA at PHILGEPS web...
