SPLITTING OR NOT?

magandang hapon po sir/madam.

we will procure the following equipments through shopping:

1. 5 tonner inverter air conditioning unit (Php 200,000.00)
2. 3 tonner standard air conditioning unit (Php 300,000.00)
3. 2 hp split type air conditioning unit (Php 200,000.00)

Considered po ba ito as splitting?

you conduct a market study whether there are suppliers who can provide all your requirements.  If yes, then you can consider it as splitting, meaning you should have done this through public bidding or limited source bidding.  However, if there were no supplier that can provide all of this in just one transaction then you can do this through shopping individually.  However, I would suggest you do the the default mode of public bidding on a per lot basis which is still more advantageous for the government.
