Community participation is no longer included in the drop-down menu under Negotiated Procurement. What do we resort to in its stead? Thank you po.

I think there is an ongoing gathering of inputs nationwide to draft the IRR guidelines of Community Participation in Procurement started last 2012. Check the website and contact of GPPB for info and guidance
