Statement of on-going projects

Good evening! I just want to ask if Purchase Orders are enough documents to support the statement of on-going projects. One of our bidders does not indicate the value of on-going projects but only the % of completion. Some of the listed projects have no Notice of Award, but only Purchase Orders as supporting documents. Further, there is no detail computation of NFCC, as it barely shows only the final amount. While the value of on-going projects are not reflected therein, the values of total assets, current assets and net worth differed from those of the financial statements. Are all these valid grounds for disqualification. The envelope which contains its bid proposal was opened and he happened to be the lowest bidder. Please shed light on this. Thank you!

Good morning po. In the list of all on-going and completed private and government projects within 10 years. Is is necessary to include all the projects within thw specified years or we can just put all our major projects? Thank you.
