LTO vs. NPO

The allegation of sleaze continues to hinder in the printing and supply of paper forms that LTO uses in its transactions. According the the article in The Daily Tribune yesterday (02 November 2009), NPO charges that LTO has invited tenders for forms printing and supply "without its consent.” Thus, NPO has asked the office of the Solicitor General (OSG) to settle this long dispute.
