Anybody who can give me list of philgeps accredited suppliers of motorcycle coz I'm having a hard time finding one!

In order to have widest dissemination of information,the general rule is public bidding, unless expressly allowed/justified in the use of alternative mode of procurement, anyway you have to be Philgeps registered user in order for you to be able to search the directory by country/region, province/state, city, or by category.organization or by contacts. click this link for your guidance http://www.philgeps.net/GEPS/Default.aspx
