Statement of Completed Contracts

Post by Double Ace on Thu Apr 22, 2010 7:36 am

Can anyone answer my queries on the above subject:
  1. What is the difference between "distributor" and "supplier"?
  2. Does a project which has a pending payment qualify under "uncompleted contracts"?
  3. Is a project in which the bids are to be opened qualify under "uncompleted contracts"?

1. Use the ordinary meaning of the term. I think Distributor and Supplier pertains to the same entity but do different task dependent on the person who the entity has contract with. Distributor of the Manufacturer and Supplier of the Buyer.

2. You can determine if the contract is finished if all conditions of the contract has already been complied with.

3. If there is already a contract it is the point when it is considered a pending contract.
