Head of BAC Secretariat overtime pay or honorarium?

ilang BAC pd sa isang agency? dalawa or pd 3? then paki klaro mga taga BAC,
Head ng BAC Secretariat na taga Suppply pd mag claim ng honorarium or Overtime?
pag OT may tax? pag honrarium meron din? anong rules or sections thats qualify the claim whether honorariumor OT

whether be it overtime or honorarium, the National Internal revenue code will always prevail. Smile so long there is employer and employee relationship it will form part of your compensation, then it is always taxable.

As a general rule, dapat single BAC lang (Sec.11.1.1), pero pwede more than 1 depending on the "...complexity of items to be procured..."(Sec.11.1.2). Members of the Secretariat (including the Head) serving concurrently in Procurement Units shall NOT be entitled to Honoraria but may be allowed overtime work with pay.
