consolidated list of blacklisted suppliers as of July 2010

good day! may i request for a complete list of blacklisted suppliers as of July 31, 2010. I've been searching it through the internet but all i can find is the consolidated list of blacklisted constructors. There were 5 suppliers listed on the GPPB website but i need the complete list of blacklisted suppliers for my reference. Thank you.

That is already the Consolidated List, I am afraid, Mr. Ramoncito. The GPPB is the one mandated to make a consolidated blacklisting report and only those five (5) Suppliers that appear in its website are what are currently listed as of today.
